- Approval of the Department of Nationality, Passports and Residence (Security)
- Approval of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

- Some activities require a Bahraini partner, even 1%
- Few activities require a 51% Bahraini partner.
- Submit the proposed names of the business.
- Issuance of the initial register
- Licenses of the competent authorities.
- Signing the company's memorandum of association.
- Opening the company's bank account.
- Deposit the company's capital.
- Issuance of the final register (full licenses)
- Open the file of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.
- Submit an investor residence visa application.
- Employment permit applications.
